  Commonly used polyaluminum chlorideIt is refined by stirring and reacting industrial hydrochloric acid, calcium aluminate powder, and bauxite. Solid color E-type is a slightly yellow powder, while F-type is a reddish brown powder.

3、 Product Usage and Instructions
Usage: Commonly usedPacMainly applied in the treatment of industrial wastewater, industrial water supply, urban sewage treatment, industrial wastewater and other sewage treatments.
Usage: First dilute the product into a 10% -20% aqueous solution (calculated based on the weight of the product), and conduct a small-scale test on site according to different water quality and purposes to find the optimal dosage for use.

1. Different manufacturers or brands of water treatment agents cannot be mixed and must not be stored together with other chemicals.
2. The original solution and diluent are slightly corrosive, but lower than other inorganic flocculants.
3. Product shelf life: six months for liquids and two years for solids. Solid products can still be used after the tide.
4. This product has been properly added and purified to meet the hygiene standards for drinking water.
5、 Packaging and Storage:

6、 Production method:
Add hydrochloric acid and water in a certain proportion to a certain amount of aluminum ash, let it echo vigorously at a certain temperature, and after several hours of maturation, release the upper liquid to obtain the polyaluminum chloride liquid product. Aluminum reverberations are exothermic reverberations. If the reverberations are controlled properly, such as the concentration and amount of hydrochloric acid, the amount of water, and the rate and sequence of injection, the heat released by aluminum reverberations can be fully utilized, reducing the dependence of the reverberations on external heating. As a result, the reverberations can be stopped by self heating without the need for an external heating source, and their basicity can be controlled to be qualified. This method has the characteristics of fast response speed, minimal investment in equipment, simple process, easy operation, and high product salinity and alumina content. Therefore, this method is widely used in China. However, this process causes severe corrosion to the equipment and produces products with high impurities, especially heavy metal content that easily exceeds the standard, resulting in unstable production quality. Ultra pure polyaluminum chloride was prepared in the laboratory using electrolytic aluminum powder and analytical pure hydrochloric acid as raw materials. It is said to be suitable for preparing standard solutions of polyaluminum chloride in the laboratory.
1. Alkaline dissolution method
Firstly, the aluminum ash is reacted with sodium hydroxide to obtain a sodium aluminate solution, and then the pH is adjusted with hydrochloric acid to prepare a polyaluminum chloride solution. The product produced by this method has a good appearance and fewer insoluble substances, but has a high content of sodium chloride, high raw material consumption, low alumina content in the solution, and high industrial consumption costs
2. Zhonghe Law
This method involves first reacting hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide with aluminum ash to produce aluminum chloride and sodium aluminate. Then, the two solutions are mixed and neutralized to obtain polyaluminum chloride liquid. The products consumed using this method have fewer insoluble impurities, but the cost is higher. Firstly, hydrochloric acid is used to react with aluminum foil, and then the obtained aluminum chloride is divided into two parts. One part is treated with ammonia water to adjust the pH value to 6-6.5. After obtaining aluminum hydroxide, the other part of aluminum chloride is introduced into the aluminum hydroxide to make it react. This results in a liquid product of polyaluminum chloride, which is monotonically treated to obtain a solid product. It is said that the aluminum content and basicity of the product are both high.
3. Primary battery method
This process is an improved process of aluminum ash acid dissolution one-step method. According to electrochemical principles, metal aluminum can form a primary battery by reverberating with hydrochloric acid. A metal mesh made of copper or stainless steel is placed at the bottom of the cylindrical reverberating chamber as the cathode, and aluminum shavings poured in as the anode are intervened with hydrochloric acid to stop the reverberating, ultimately producing PAC. This process can use the bubbles generated in the echo to float and immerse the solution in a directed motion, replacing mechanical stirring and greatly saving energy consumption.
